Art and his crew did an excellent job. His guys spent 3 or 4 hours to very carefully install and clean after installation. Our new shower glass and door look amazing!

Art was great, really worked around my schedule and I appreciate that.

This was an older sliding door where parts could no longer be found. The guide wheels were worn out making it very difficult to open/close the door. The technician was a real craftsman. He set up his truck in close proximity and actually fabricated the pieces we needed for the door. The door glided easily and was perfect following the repair.

Art's Glassworks was an absolute pleasure doing business with. These days it s all about the money and most don t care to do a good job but Art and his team did a wonderful job and the price was great. I will recommend them to everyone and won t hesitate to call when I have more work for them.

Fast initial contact - was the first to do so. Is a busy company, a little harder to get in touch with during the process, but fair prices and easy to work with once I was able to connect for quotes/materials. Would certainly recommend!

These guys were great. They quoted me a price over the phone which is what I paid. NO MORE. It took them about 2 minutes to replace a window that has been an eyesore for about 25 years. I will call them again for any window work I may need.

Other contractors were not willing to repair a sliding glass door with a bent track. Arts Glassworks not only was willing to make a repair for a fraction of the cost, but did a great job in getting the door to work properly. Our society has become very wasteful and I appreciate a company that is willing to make a repair rather than an unnecessary replacement and put things in a landfill for no reason. Great for my pocket book and the environment. Will work with them again.

They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They came when they said they would and completed the job as specified. I would use them again without reservation and would suggest anyone with a glass project to call them . I have been doing a lot of projects lately and this was one of the smoothest thanks to these great people.

Everyone else wanted to "come out personally to asses the damage and give you an estimate." Probably planning to do a bit of pressure salesmanship too...not Art! He gave an estimate over the phone by asking me details about the job. He even came out the same day and did the repair! AAAAAAAND he educated us about the windows in our home. Said they were 100 yrs old + and had been hand blown and then rolled flat. Too cool. A very nice guy who obviously knows how to run a business. Thanks Art!

Came by on time. Found tracks to be defective and extremely difficult to remove. Worked many hours beyond what they had budgeted. Stayed until very late in afternoon until finished. In spite of the long process, the estimate was not changed. I highly recommend Arts Glasswlorks. Carl Schlaepfer

Very good customer service and very knowledgeable about the window replacement. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

When they removed the door they found that the rollers needed to be replaced but they did not have new rollers to fit the door since it it so old but they contacted their boss and by the next day they they had the replacement rollers. Very friendly and knowledgable about the door. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with a patio door. Sondra Louk

Art responded immediately to my inquiry and gave me an estimate on the phone. He came the next day to measure the window and gave me the actual cost which was a little lower than the phone estimate - plus he gave me a new customer discount. The window arrived during the time frame he stated and the installers were punctual in arriving and installation took a short time. They were extremely friendly and professional. Should I ever have another window or glass project, I'll definitely call Art's Glassworks.
