Prompt service. Came to my residence to fix the Cooling problem on time within 24/hours of contact. He has fixed the problem: The unit is cooling now. I will keep an eye for couple of days. Hopefully the problem will not recur.

My overall impression of Artâ s Heating and Cooling is as follows: David is all about â customer serviceâ and it is his first priority. When I called, he had a full dayâ s schedule but was willing to adjust his schedule to take care of my furnace... he lost some sleep because he agree to a very early appointment. That really helped us and I appreciated it very much. David is not afraid of work. He is the best at what he does and one can tell based on the manner that that he performs his work. He is tops at analyzing the problem, saving the customer time and money. He verbalized and/or explained exactly how the system works and where the problem was. He fixed it, now the furnace works and all at a very reasonable cost. Very Knowledgeable because of his experience. I really think he loves his work. I consider myself very fortunate to have had this gentleman do my furnace repair. THANK YOU DAVID.

David came on time. He performed an inspection and diagnosed the problem and offered several potential solutions ranging from a very inexpensive short-term remedy to more expensive long-term fixes. Inspection was reasonably priced and went with short-term solution for now. Will hire again if/when problem occurs to explore the long term fixes.

Despite the high ratings (the person who came out, David, was on time and very professional), Art's did not check the service area before referring a technician. As a result the serviceman could not really serve my house as I was not in his normal area (too far away).

I would recommend this company because its the owner who works in fixing your HVAC problem. His knowledge was impressive and work was efficient. He gave me options and the pros and cons of each. In the end, my husband and I were so happy because of the workmanship and professionalism. The price point was great, too. I am hiring him for the maintenance of my HVAC unit every six months. I worked with Comfort Energy before and they had to go back twice to just have to fix the same thermostat problem that they supposedly fixed the first time. So I lost $ on those transactions because they did not fix them obviously. They were very nice but I need efficiency and solution not pleasantries.

The technician arrived within an hour of my call - the company seemed very focused on getting service to me as fast as possible After arriving the technician very thoughtfully went after the problem with my furnace. Although not easy to diagnose, a problem was found that was easy to fix. The fee was incredibly small. There was nothing not to like in the entire experience.
