Arvada Swamp Coolers was a great decision! Locally owned and operated, knowledgeable and willing to listen to our ideas and concerns. Cost was in line with larger shops, yet we liked their availability & service was faster, personal commitment to craftsmanship is a priority with them - definitely recommend!! Ryan was patient with our questions, crawled up to personally inspect the rafters and installation location BEFORE giving us a price quote. he advised us on the multiple choices for swamp coolers (evaporative coolers) that fit our budget and our needs. On time, showed up prepared and gave us a road map of when the power would need to be off for a bit, when it would be really noisy, when we could expect to have water and electrical completed - helped us plan around their hard work and in just a few days - GLORIOUS cool air! They cleaned up the little metal scraps here and there, vacuumed (!!) and re-pop corned the trim around the new vent - like it was their own home. Made 100% sure we understood how to operate, maintain and winterize the cooler before they left - and followed up weeks later just to check in! Quality people, Quality workmanship - Locally owned and Fair prices - awesome!

ryan was able to point out another issue and took care of all of it with one visit.

I found it a bit odd that he was wearing flip flops to get on the roof to repair my swamp cooler, but he was able to correct the issue. However, my son had to adjust the float after he left as it was dripping water onto the roof.

Excellent job. Ryan showed up right away and gave very good information on whether to fix or replace. Sure wish I'd done this years ago! I'm an out of town owner selling property and he was so easy to work with. He even made an extra trip out when one of the workers said the unit wasn't cooling. He found someone had turned off the water to the unit and sent a tutorial for the new owner. Excellent customer service all around and an excellent price.

Ryan showed up on time, was very efficient, and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions about the equipment, and explain the best way to get the swamp cooler to bring the temperature down in the house quickly.

Ryan was an absolute professional. We have an older swamp cooler that needed a good tune up, but Ryan was very thorough in his inspection and diagnosis and made no assumptions. He made sure every component was in solid working condition. He didn t try to up-sale me on anything I didn t need, and made certain I understood why anything that needed attention, was getting that attention. We had an issue with one of the new parts after he left and he wasted no time getting back to address the issue. Unfortunately, the problem required him to return on Saturday morning and he did so without hesitation. He showed up early on Saturday morning (but not too early taking into consideration it was our day off) with the new part and a hot cup of fresh Starbucks coffee that made my wife s day (she s loves that Starbucks). Ryan s pricing was more than fair and his service was a gold standard. My wife and I couldn t be happier with the service we received and recommend calling on Arvada Swamp Cooler for any and all swamp cooler services someone may need.
