It started off with I ever received a confirmation email, so I had to constantly try and contact them to make sure that they received my order and agree to the date along with my payment in FULL! They finally sent me a 4 line email vaguely describing my order and confirmed it was in their system to be completed. After service was complete, 2 months later I receive charges on my credit card! Again, I had to spend my time chasing trying to contact the right person to tell me what theses 2 additional charges were for and why was I not notified. At the same time on the phone with my credit card company! Finally, after I expressed my disappointment in their lack of communication and service a representative Jason emails me a few days later showing me the online form I filled out which disappeared after submitting and never saw it again, nor any terms conditions in a confirmation email, which should normally come afterwards. Then he calls and basically tells me the exact same things that he I have been emailing about...but no apologies or acknowledged accountability from his companys end. Then he sends me invoices 2 I never saw before until a day earlier and one that I never seen before until now...causing more confusion because again with pricing that I had never seen before. So after more questions and emails, I finally understand the whole picture (2 months later!). What an awful stressful experience!!! I will definitely share my experience with colleagues regarding ASAP Site Service business practices. Paul

Get a real business instead of trying to put yourself off as a real business.

THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!! They sent me a bill for one porter potty of 275... then charged 500 to my credit card... took a month to get refunded... then after my wedding I was getting bills stating that I owed 275.... I called and was told my account was closed with a 0 dollar balance... two months after my wedding they charged my credit card 275... the worst company I have ever dealt with... if only I read the reviews.

Overcharged...late arrival dumpster was late for pickup, additional charge... very late pickup a week late. They said they would charge $75 for pick up billed credit card $100.

They contracted with. A local company in Washington State that would have cost me $395.00 for what they charged me $647.00. They do not have a business license in this state and they did not pass on the information I gave them to the local company so now I have a damaged driveway, GREAT LEARNING LESSON!

Rented a portable toilet for a few weeks before a reunion. Called and had it picked up early. That was July and now in November I am getting bills for almost 2 thousand dollars. I called and they were rude telling me unless they hear from dispatch I still have it and will be billed. I repeated they picked it up early. Again, rude. Person said they would call me back. Crickets. I emailed, crickets. Find another company!

Rented from them twice. The first time the dumpster was picked up withing the 10 day and now a couple of months later they say they still show it as on site and are trying to bill me. Second time they did not deliver on the day they committed to after telling me the dumpster was out for delivery and they had to 7 pm to deliver. No dumpster at 7 PM, everyone gone from office of course left a message to say do NOT deliver the dumpster. Following day dumpster was delivered after 1 PM. Called them they said you cant call after hours the day before to cancel. When the driver finally came to pick it up he said he was the guy who delivered it, I said he hadnt called, he said he did but was told nobody available, turns out they gave him the wrong number. You have to call repeatedly to get anyone to answer the phone. Incredibly poor customer service. Avoid this company

We rented a very expensive portable toilet from them for an event, and paid for one with an air conditioner. The air conditioner did not work, and it was unusable in the 105 degree heat. Their customer service has been the worst I have ever dealt with. They promised over and over to refund half of my money, never did, and then kept dragging me along but never actually refunded anything. Now they are avoiding me completely, and I am going to have to sue them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman who took our call (Michael) was prompt and friendly. Priced so much better than the other dumpster companies! Would definitely use again.

Arwood was a pleasure to deal with. Needed a dumpster next day when our mobile home was wiped out by a hurricane. Arwood made it happen. Called and spoke to Michael. Very nice young man. The driver Clyde was very nice as well. Would use them again.

The biggest piece of shit company ever. You call for a dumpster and having it delivered next day they charge your card right away and deliver dumpster after 5 days, they leave it there for 1 day and they come to pick up without me calling and without permission. You call them 50 times to have my dumpster back they bring it after a week. This dumpster business is run by biggest dumb people.

On May 7, 2018, I ordered a 20 Ton dumpster from Arwood Waste via their website. The advertised price was to be $638.34 - to cover a 20 yard roll-off dumpster. -Base Rate: $199 per unit (included) -Delivery: $59 per unit (included) -Tons Included: 3 tons at $97 per ton -Usage: 10 days (included) -Prorated Fuel, Environmental and City Fees: $248.93 per unit (included) -Removal Fee: $75.00 20% friends and family discount -$159.59 This was paid right away. The dumpster was delivered about 4 days later - on May 11, due to wet ground, but that was fine - I understand they dont want to get stuck in the mud. I filled the dumpster over that weekend, and then, on May 14 I called and asked them to pick it up, as I was ready for pickup. A few days passed, and they didnt come and get it, so I called again a few days later and asked them to pick it up, and they still didnt come get it. We had a lot of rain during that time, so I assumed that they would get it once the ground dried up a bit. On June 20 they started harrassing me about a late payment for $98 - a bill I received from them that same day! The bill had no explanation so I called them and even after failing to get an explanation, I paid it - reference #46204414-5B2AACEC-795-E708A, - and asked them again to pick up the dumpster. The next day someone came out and picked it up. That particular bill was labelled 30 days past due when I recieved it, and also started getting emails from them basically saying I better pay my over due bill now or else they would take legal action. How can a bill be overdue when I just got it that day? Anyway, I digress.... Then, on July 2 I got a bill for $140.00 for Demurrage, which I paid over the phone. At that point, I though I was done with them, having paid a total of $876.34. I dont think the $140.00 charge for Demurrage was fair because its not my fault they didnt come pick it up after I called and asked them to, TWICE!!!, but what can you do. Then, on July 11 I got yet another bill from Arwood Waste, for $360.18 for removal and C and D, whatever that is, which I paid in full- Reference Number: 46204414-5B47AE9E-179-104C1E. So a $638.34 dumpster (as advertised on their website) ended up costing me over twelve hundred dollars :(. $1236.52 to be exact. The price really doesnt bother me, and I understand that they have to weigh the dumpster after pickup to calculate any overages, cover fuel, employees, etc. but the fact that they dont advertise all these charges is bothersome. Even a ballpark estimate would prevent a lot of bad blood from customers. Also, sending a customer thier first bill and immediately handling it as late / missed payment is absurd. So, my overall experience with this company is BAD!!!! The dumpster delivery was professional, but everything else was a muddled mess. We agreed on a price and then at the last minute they decided increase to over $300. They said they sent me an email saying they increased the price, but it was in my spam folder. I decided to hire a different company Bob's of Colorado.

The company was prompt in regards to getting the dumpster to and then picked up from my property on time, however the scheduling process left more to be desired. Something happened and the originally scheduled pick up date ended up having to be changed and I wasnt called to be made aware of this. I ended up calling them after no one showed up at the scheduled time. We then rescheduled and everything worked out from there.

The customer service for this company is terrible. I ordered a portapotty for a summer camp. I was called the morning of the date I requested it and told they would deliver before noon (I was appreciative because it was a last minute necessity), well three oclock comes and I receive another call saying it was on its on its way. My camp ends at 4. With 10 kids needing a restroom I wound up making other arrangements. I called to cancel the portapotty fully expecting to pay some fee for my last minute cancellation and was told not to worry about it and they were sorry it was late. Great. Had this story ended there I would still have good things to say regarding Arwood Waste. A few weeks go by and I receive a bill for $80 for a run so I call and ask why (mind you Ive already been told I would not owe anything) I am told by Maria that it is because they delivered the portapotty and I refused it... I was on the property and no portapotty came. The man delivering it called me at 3 to say he was on his way at which point I opted to call Arwood to cancel. **side note, the company delivering, TNS I believe, asked that I deal directly with them in the future because Arwood didnt inform them I needed it ASAP or at least in the morning** When I explained this to Maria she apologized profusely for the miscommunication and assured me I would not be responsible for the $80 and even went so far as to delete my card from their system. Well apparently the delivery company conflicted my story and still wanted to be paid the $80. Again, I was there, no portapotty ever made it to my property. So Maria then began to hound me. I went out of town and returned to 3 emails and 5 phone calls saying I was responsible for the $80. Despite that I was told several times that I would not be held responsible. Due to being out of town I did not respond and received a letter in the mail for $575. Five hundred seventy five dollars. Saying it was to pay off a lean for a portapotty I never received. After being told I didnt owe anything AND being sent invoices showing I had zero balance. Absolutely unbelievable, I run my own business and am in complete shock with the lack of respect for the customer from Arwood Waste. I work incredibly hard and am now expected to pay $575 for a service I never received. Im a big believer in standing by your word. I was told on 3 separate occasions that I was not responsible for any sort of payment, that should be the end of it. Instead this company chose to attempt to make my life difficult by expecting me to pay $575. Horrible business.

Mike was awesome... and easy to deal with. He called me, we set up a day, and a couple days later he did the job. He came in the morning while I was at work... when I got home the mess was gone. Awesome job and reasonable price. Will definitely use again!

Incredibly quick drop off/pick up and very good rates given their all-inclusive service.

Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. I did not expect that...worthy of me coming online to write a review.

I placed my order with a highly rated local dumpster company, and was surprised to receive an order confirmation from Arwood. The original price quoted when I placed my order was increased by $150. When I called to speak to a representative to discuss the price change he was rude, contradicted me when I read him the reason stated in the email, argued with me about what I must have ordered (despite the details included in the Arwood order confirmation email) and then hung up on me without confirming cancellation of my order when I requested it. Afterward, it was impossible to connect with an actual human being in sales or accounting to confirm that the order was cancelled, yet the emails about the orders delivery and payment on my charge card continued to be delivered. No one ever responded to subsequent calls or emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation and I continue to monitor my credit card statement to be certain the charge wasn't made. Arwood talks about how much it cares about customer relationships, but actions speak louder than words.
