THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!! They sent me a bill for one porter potty of 275... then charged 500 to my credit card... took a month to get refunded... then after my wedding I was getting bills stating that I owed 275.... I called and was told my account was closed with a 0 dollar balance... two months after my wedding they charged my credit card 275... the worst company I have ever dealt with... if only I read the reviews.

Overcharged...late arrival dumpster was late for pickup, additional charge... very late pickup a week late. They said they would charge $75 for pick up billed credit card $100.

They contracted with. A local company in Washington State that would have cost me $395.00 for what they charged me $647.00. They do not have a business license in this state and they did not pass on the information I gave them to the local company so now I have a damaged driveway, GREAT LEARNING LESSON!

Rented a portable toilet for a few weeks before a reunion. Called and had it picked up early. That was July and now in November I am getting bills for almost 2 thousand dollars. I called and they were rude telling me unless they hear from dispatch I still have it and will be billed. I repeated they picked it up early. Again, rude. Person said they would call me back. Crickets. I emailed, crickets. Find another company!

The gentleman who took our call (Michael) was prompt and friendly. Priced so much better than the other dumpster companies! Would definitely use again.

The biggest piece of shit company ever. You call for a dumpster and having it delivered next day they charge your card right away and deliver dumpster after 5 days, they leave it there for 1 day and they come to pick up without me calling and without permission. You call them 50 times to have my dumpster back they bring it after a week. This dumpster business is run by biggest dumb people.

I placed my order with a highly rated local dumpster company, and was surprised to receive an order confirmation from Arwood. The original price quoted when I placed my order was increased by $150. When I called to speak to a representative to discuss the price change he was rude, contradicted me when I read him the reason stated in the email, argued with me about what I must have ordered (despite the details included in the Arwood order confirmation email) and then hung up on me without confirming cancellation of my order when I requested it. Afterward, it was impossible to connect with an actual human being in sales or accounting to confirm that the order was cancelled, yet the emails about the orders delivery and payment on my charge card continued to be delivered. No one ever responded to subsequent calls or emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation and I continue to monitor my credit card statement to be certain the charge wasn't made. Arwood talks about how much it cares about customer relationships, but actions speak louder than words.

Do not deliver the dumpster on time. Do not deliver it later when they said they would. Dumpster was two weeks late, Billing is a nightmare and customer service is very rude and uncaring,

Company missed agreed to pick up date with no phone call or any notification. Waited all day for them, I called mid day and was told all they promise is 7AM to 7PM arrival. Multiple phone calls, messages and emails to them over the next four days unanswered with no follow up pick up date. I Fired them.
