Arizona Landscaping

I was referred by my HOA to this company. I called 216-905-5288 to get an estimate on removing some little trees (between 1-3 in diameter and approx 6 tall) and one bigger tree (approx 4-6 in diameter that got very tall). I explained this is a rental property and after seeing how big the one tree got, I would like the little trees to be removed before they get too big so I don t have to maintain them. He had me follow up with a text message to show pictures and video of the trees, which I did. He quoted $750 to trim the big trees and remove the little ones. I specifically asked if removal included the roots as I was concerned about the porch tile cracking. His response (and I quote) these are small enough you don t have to worry about them hurting tile if you remove . I asked for additional clarification between trimming and removing. We had a phone conversation clarifying the scope of the project. From there, I agreed to have them do the work to remove all the trees for $1,000.00. They emailed over a contract that specifically says remove all trees I Zelle d my deposit. They sent me a payment link once they finished. I asked if they had any trouble removing the trees with the tile. They said no. I Zelle d the other half of my payment over (which I now realize I should not have done without seeing the work). I had a friend go over later that day to look at everything and lock the back gate. (I live in Denver, this property is in Scottsdale). She took a video of all the trees just being cut down to the stump not removed. I immediately called and sent a video letting them know they did not remove the trees. I talked to Kristie. She said she was in the middle of something and wasn t feeling well and would call me back. She never called back. I reached out a couple days later asking if they could come back the following day to finish the job. No response. I reached out a couple days later and asked for a credit. No response. In the meantime I disputed the Zelle payments with my bank. I sent another text asking for a credit and finally got a text back from Kristi after a week of trying; she said (and I quote) The contract states remove all trees It doesn t say anything about removing the stumps. I never had a conversation with anyone about stump removal being different than removal. I made it very clear what I was asking for. They have completely ripped me off. I could have cut little trees down to the stump by myself but I was looking for a professional to remove the entire tree. I left a 1 star review on Google. Their response was so rude and misogynistic calling me a Karen for my complaint and 1 star review. They are refusing to take any responsibility or accountability for anything. Their solution is too bad for you. I have looked at their other 1 star reviews and everyone seems to get the same rude and unprofessional response. This company and ownership is some of the worst I ve seen. I wanted to make Angie s list aware of the company you put your name behind. I own a company in Colorado and we were proud to be part of the Angie s list professionals. I know you vet companies so people can feel confident with the contractors you recommend. In my opinion, you lose credibility having this company on your list.

I wasn’t sure where to start when I was looking to hire someone. This was the first place that replied to quote me and I’m so happy I went with him. Jeremy was on time when we met and upfront and honest about pricing and the work that needed to be done. I had a lot of weeds, it was of control in the front and backyard. He pulled and got rid of all the weeds and sprayed. He even smoothed and evened out the rocks for me. I will hire him again when I need my trees trimmed. They cleaned up and hauled away the waste also.

They were eager. Did a thorough job and did it quickly. Nice guys.

I gave a 5-star rating after they completed the removal of two trees. Since then, one of the trees has grown back, so I called Jeremy Lime and he said he would have to come by and check it out. He never followed through. He has not even returned my call, and it has been nearly two months since he last did. I guess once he got the money, he was done. I would not recommend them for any work. Anyone who does not stand behind their work is unsuitable for the position.

They did a decent job on the yard. But where we ran into issues is when we told them we would not be home until after 10:30 so they would need to come then. They came earlier anyways and jumped our fence to get in the backyard. The gate was locked because we have a dog they said it was unlocked but we double-checked it before leaving for work and know it was locked. They are lucky the dog was in the house. Also, the neighbors saw them jump the fence and called. We will not use them again.

They were so nice. Here's a cool thing- after they cleaned up my backyard, they also cleaned my pool so that the debris that they kicked up was not left in there. So cool.

They got right to work and after the tree was cut down and carted off they cleaned up the back yard and patio like it had never been there!

I hired them to remove two trees. They came out and removed one tree and cut the other one. I could not tell at the time that one was only cut and not removed. Now that the tree has grown back I have reached out regarding it. Jeremy stated he would have to come out. He has not been out to my knowledge, the tree is still there, and he has not returned a call. It has been almost two months since I called.

Jeremy and his crew arrived promptly on time on a Saturday. They were all so very pleasant as I and my (angered) neighbor discussed options When all said and done they removed a large stump with all roots and rootball!! Quick and fabulous job done!! So impressed I hired them for my monthly landscaping. Would definitely recommend ð ð ¼ PS: my neighbor was happy also ð

Jeremy and the gang were there when they said they would be, were all very pleasant and I could not be any happier with the job. It was a big job taking down a HUGE old eucalyptus then a complete cleanup and rocking the whole thing. I am so pleased...will definitely use them in any future jobs I may have!!
