A's Crew

I hired Atasha and Johnny to mow the lawn, organize and clean the inside of the house, Johnny was suppose to come out and mow the lawn, he called me told me he needed gas money, Atasha was her so I told her to run $30 out to Johnny, Johnny came and unloaded his mower, it was not working properly, I gave him another $100 to get parts for the mower, he comes back told me he got the wrong part, that was the last time I talked to Johnny, no mowing was done, Atasha did some organizing in the house and I gave her $75, she did not do the work properly, I messaged Atasha last night about the concern I had, did not hear from here,I tried again today and I an being blocked by her. I am 65 years old, on disability and I feel I was taken advantage of

We hired him because we needed the job done sooner than what other bids could start due to their schedule. His bid was the same in cost. However he was here the first day and needed gas so I took him to the gas station to fill his tank this was after he had worked 4 hours so felt it was fair. He assured me he would return the next day in the am. I Did not hear from him in the am and when I finally did hear from him I was advised his truck had broke down. He needed money to get his truck repaired and wanted an advance. After long thought we decided to help him out and it took 6 days for him to return and still did not complete the work as he had a different truck that was also having issues. This project took 12 days to complete. He also could not complete the project because the large tree that he was suppose to do he did not have the equipment (bucket) Truck to complete which in all other bids was over half the cost of the bids. He had been paid over half the cost of his bid and still wanted more money. We gave him all the wood which we know he would sale. I feel they are very unprofessional and had I known this from the start I would not have hired them. I am just relieved this is over.

They came out the same day and removed the fallen tree from my home for a fair price and with no further damage to my roof. Came back to remove all the cut woot on the following day bet efficiently. A family business and they are very friendly and helpful.
