We hired Stewart to remove asbestos from a house we were moving into and they said it would cost $385, and told us the cost of removal was $3000, there were no samples done and they finally sent somebody else to take the samples and they still did not do any samples, we hired another company, paid them and they did the test for me and only charged me $150, we were totally lied to. We did finally receive refund after HomeAdvisor negotiated refund. Buyer Beware: Company wanted to do removal without any samples and through second contractor discovered the cost for removal was much less.

This company was very unprofessional and tried to get money from me before service was rendered.

Cost was less than half of highest estimate. Showed up as promised, with all the required equipment, and finished the project in less than 7 hours (one estimate was at least two days for one small classroom).

They worked with me to do a massive and very difficult removal of vermiculite in our attic. They had to dig out blown in insulation AND rolled insulation AND then a goo 4-5 inches of vermiculite. Their team worked efficiently and effectively. The owner(s) and project managers were fantastic and helpful through the entire process. They also did a great job spraying in new insulation after complete abatement. Highly recommended for your asbestos removal needs!

They did not test for asbestos. They were there to just remove asbestos.

sales person was great and was the assigned supervisor for my project. Only thing is she never showed up after the sale and instead sent the crew out with no supervision.

At first, I was a bit concerned because there was no on-site inspection prior to asbestos removal. In addition, I got conflicting multiple calls regarding the scheduling and cost of the abatement. However, the actual asbestos removal was done quickly and professionally, and the clean-up and safety testing was superb.

Tom our foreman was superb! He was the main reason we went with this company. Great communicator, polite, led his crew well, and coordinated with my other subcontractors. We had vermiculite-type insulation removed from a 1955 rancher. My attic was spotless when they finished the insulation removal! Tom just made everything easy. Contractor has several different DBA names, which was confusing: Contractor Services, Anthony Villani, and Asbestos USA. They are one in the same, and they do a great job!

Wonderful people to work with

We had a pretty good experience with this company overall. We experienced some communication issues between Asbestos USA and the truly excellent subcontractors working in our area. The issues just revolved around the scheduling of both our testing and abatement, but one phone call to the company resolved both issues within just a few minutes. If we had to go through another abatement, we would use this company again.
