Worst experience Iâ ve ever had. Sucked in by smooth talking person on the phone, then routed to multiple different people with high levels of incompetence and zero communication. Got charged in advance, didnâ t actually come out to do the work for nearly six months, then sent the Strangest company(concord abatement) with a guy who called himself â Doctorâ (im a doctor, this guy is a PhD in pastoral work and a preacher), literally yelled at his abused underlings on speakerphone for hours, and ultimately left asbestos containing items behind that my whole family was exposed to. Literally the worst experience of my life, and there are so many others who agree. Make sure you look at Better business Bureau ratings before hiring anyone, especially this group of incompetent crooks.

My initial contact, David, with the company was great. When I got handed off to the local company that would be taking care of the paperwork and scheduling several things got lost in translation and my project was delayed from the original promised date of completion. I spoke with my original contact and everything was back on track. The third group of people, the ones that showed up at my house, were also great. This was a tiring process but finding asbestos in your house is not easy either way. I would use this company again if I needed it.

Did a great job

They had a very reasonable price and completed all work per the agreement. When additional items came up, they went above and beyond to take care of them. The only thing is that they are not local so you get bounced around to the various members of their team as you move throughout the project which can be uneasy at times.

Asbestos abatement is not cheap, especially through an agency. But these guys did it right, did it quickly, and left things really clean. Peace of mind and added value to my home.
