Really happy with their customer service. Subcontractor missed a couple places by accident that no one knew existed, Asbestos USA had him come back at no charge to take care of them within a few days. Fantastic customer service, easy to work with, friendly, professional, and safe. Would definitely recommend.

The relationship between the office you reach by phone and the actual contractors who show up to do the work is a bit confusing and I’m still not sure I understand it but in the end, when the crew shows up and gets to work, the work gets done. It’s done neatly and efficiently and the clean-up was very good. Money-wise, they’re a real bargain and an asbestos project that I think most people would reject out of hand as unaffordable becomes affordable.
