This company was absolutely perfect. The customer service/ dispatch professional Ms. Jackie was an angel. She was professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The techs, Wayne and Nate were courteous, knowledgeable and professional the entire time. They took their shoes off in the house, and put covers on their feet. They provided preventive guidance and explained everything they were checking or doing very clearly. This team of professionals were the best and I would recommend them all to anyone looking for a top notch company. I have them on speed dial.

A Customer Service. Jackie, the lady behind the magic is a joy to talk to and work with. She's be the person that I would want as the first person my customers meet as a representative of my company and the level of professionalism they are about to receive. Provided technician profile prior to work beginning, predicted arrival time was accurate. Wayne, my technician, was by far the smartest electrician I have ever met...Not book smart, love of his job smart! Knows his products, estimate was spot on, description of work was complete and thorough. Great product, awesome experience, thank you very much for the feeling of getting a great service at the right price and knowing the job was sound and stunning is a great feeling.

The verified appointment for next day. Sent a picture of electrician who would be coming, sent message when electrician was enroute. Service was outstanding, and they will be returning for a nice upgrade to our kitchen, 40 years old and in need of more outlets!

I was quoted a price of $49 to tell me what was wrong with my overhead lights. when he got here Iwas told the$49 price is he could tell by looking,if he had to pull the picture it would be $209. There was also a gas fee of $14.50 that I wasn't told of on the phone. It wound up costing $249 for him to change a light bulb. Then he did a "free" inspection.After 2 hours I was given a price of $4900 to fix electrical problems? I told him to leave, he wanted to give me 2 more quotes.I said no and to leave.He said I had to sign a paper refusing the quote. He never checked the wiring I was having a problem with

We did run many tests on your electrical system and found quite a few issues with it, not just light bulbs. We fixed the immediate problems that you were having and presented options to repair everything. We do try very hard to give you everything you pay for. We want you to be happy with our service and have tried to contact you several times to discuss what we can do to achieve that and haven't been able to reach you. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Deonte was super professional and very well educated on his trade for such a young guy. Deonte definitely went above and beyond on all the work we had them do, and even worked the entire day to get it done. We will be definitely calling them back in the future.
