This was by far the least qualified contractor I ever had the sorry experience of hiring. I gave him a chance to prove himself as he was available when no one else was. I found out after 2 days on the job, he and his girlfriend were about to be evicted for nearly 3 months back rent and she was within days of having his baby. He asked if we would pay his $2000 plus rent up front and he would cut off the rest of the labor bill. He messed up the expensive flooring materials ($70 a box for70 boxes) so badly, we had to hire some one else to redo it. He wasted over 20% of materials, couldn't install the new toilets, we had to put wide baseboards in to cover the crooked edges. I could go on and on but now that you have been warned, it is up to you. Has to make you wonder just how reliable Home Advisor is to allow such people to use their web site to scam folks. When he asked for even more flooring material, we chose to not do the rest of the house using him. He threatened to put a lein on our house until I told him I had the signed documents proving he had been paid in full. I would give him a minus 10 rating if possible. BEWARE!

The work was done very well and in a timely manner... Very nice young man and cleaned up after the job was completed.
