The whole experience started out on the right foot. Ed's communication was prompt and clear -- it took Ed all of 5 minutes to contact me once I'd submitted a request for quote. Ed showed up exactly on-time for both the estimate and the work. The price was competitive, but it was the excellent communication that awarded the job to Ascend Restoration. Ed and his crew got right down to business, cleaned the roof, and then cleaned up afterwards. No fuss, no muss. I'd recommend Ascend Restoration to anybody looking to have a roof cleaned. Ed went above and beyond in cleaning my roof. He not only cleaned the roof but also took the time to wash my vinyl siding amd pressure wash my sidewalks and driveway. Ed arrived on time and worked very efficiently, as I had another appointment afterwards. He also took the time to give me tips and advice on maintaining my house. I was very pleased as well with how flexible Ed was in working around my busy work schedule. He came out on the weekend for us which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Ed Golden did an outstanding job cleaning our roof including the gutters and downspouts. After the roof cleaning his cleanup included washing down the roof fascia and the entire house. He raked all the debris and disposed of it. The house looks fabulous and I did not have to do any cleanup.

Was very prompt in getting in touch with me and with all follow up calls. He goes above and beyond any perceived level of service and customer care you can imagine. Is so thorough that he spotted something wrong with my neighbors roof and took a picture so I could show them. This is not work he would could do for them so it wasn't a matter of trying to get another sale. Was very impressed with his integrity. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ed did a great job cleaning off my steep pitch roof and gutters. He also did a very tidy job of cleaning up the debris that was blown to the ground. He went the extra mile and did more work than was stated in his bid by cleaning off the clear plastic roof that covers my deck. I realized very quickly that Ed is a professional who knows what he is doing because he has done the same hands of work himself. What impressed me most about Ed is that he cares about his employees. If an employer takes care of his employees you know that he will take care of his customers. You can take that to the bank.

Ascend did a thorough job while following safety protocols. I look forward to using their services in the future. They took on our steep metal roof, a challenging job. Other companies refused the work because the “roof is too steep”
