"Good Afternoon Ms. Shirley, Thank you for your comments. We apologize for your experience. It seems there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding with our office. You met with one of our estimators for a free quote. Our estimator emailed you a copy of your quote with availability appointment windows, but we did not receive a response from you regarding booking a service. As such no service was booked. If you would like to try our company please contact us at (301)459-6243 and provide your address. We will be able to pull up the quote our estimator provided you with. Please be advise that when a booking is made. We will send out a booking confirmation email. As well as a 1 day and 3 day reminder emails. We also provide phone call reminders upon request. Hope to hear from you, Ash Maids Management"
