Working with Joe was one of my best experiences in working with appliance repair people. We were in direct contact within the hour of my request, he offered to come when we returned home late in the day, was highly efficient and clearly a first-rate technician. What really went beyond the call of duty was his welcoming of my observing what he did so that I have a greater appreciation for what was needed and his capabilities. For each phase of work he gave us an estimate. In the end, the cost was less. In short, we won't be looking for anyone else to repair our appliances. Joe showed all the attributes you hope for but so rarely find. We could not have been more pleased by his visit.

Joe is awesome! Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he doesn't try to upswell you. If the Appliance is not going to last much longer or in need of major repair, he recommends not fixing it to save you money on parts and service charges and recommends buying a new appliance. Here's a question--how many of us have no problem replacing a slow but working laptop at $2000 when it's 5 years old, but hold out replacing a washing machine that's 15 years old that cost $700?
