The technicians explained everything very well and gave us recommendations for making our fireplace much safer. Friendly, respectful and cleaned the area well, and wore protective booties into the house. Great company, would highly recommend!

My experience started with the office. Superb info was given and an appointment was set all with a very cheerful personâ ¦I think Pamela. The day of service I received a call they could come a little early. Mike and his partner told me what they were going to do and showed me locations of all the gas lines . (Weâ re in a new condo). They were very neat and careful with the procedure and left everything perfectly clean. I would highly recommend them and I will have them back . I feel the price was very fair and we have peace of mind knowing we had a job well done by caring knowledgeable technicians, and we thank them.
