ASHBUSTERS DID REPLACE AND RETURNED TWO ADDITIONAL TIMES TO CORRECT INFERIOR WORKMANSHIP, LEAK FROM POINTING ARE NOT CORRECTED AND ASHBUSTERS WILL NOT RETURN TO COMPLETE WORK ALTHOUGH THEY WERE PAID IN FULL // CONSIDERING ENGAGING SERVICES OF ATTY. I HAD A 10 YEAR WARRANTY AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND, I STILL HAVE LEAKING ISSUES, DAMAGE INTERIOR, AND MOLD.

They were up front and honest. We had a new direct vent fireplace installed. They did have to come out and make additional repairs and the price was a little higher than we wanted to pay. The service and installation was professional.
