I had the back wall of the chimney replaced as well as the bottom and 2019, however the back wall is cracked up again but they won't repair it because they said it is out of warranty. How is that even possible when I just had it done two years ago and the one I had before that was there for eight years and never had a problem. I would never recommend these people to any people I know
