I previously havenâ t used this company in the past. I was a little spectacle about using a new service, but was happy about the service I received. He was hard working and got the job done quick. He was trustworthy in the money part of the job. He knew what was wrong and didnâ t try to shortcut me like other previous companies Iâ ve used. I appreciated his good service and will now never use anyone but him for any other jobs

Alek and Steve were very professional and available to come over the day I called. Alek came Saturday night to fix a leak I had in my hot water heater. They were polite, knowledgeable and seemed to have fixed the issue at hand.

Steve is amazing, very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend him. Everything is explained upfront with no hidden costs. He changed my hot water boiler to a newer type system that is very efficient and cost-effective.

Steven was very personable. He figured out the problem quickly and took care of it. He is very knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend him. He called me later in the evening to check in to see if the AC was working properly and it was!

Steve is great, honest, upfront about costs and issues, etc. He calls before arriving to let you know his ETA. He works day and night, making sure your problems are solved! Best in the business!

The owner Steve came out to service my AC unit. He was able to get me on the schedule right away knowing we were going to have extremely hot conditions coming up. He was friendly and explained what he needed to do. The pricing was fair and he didn t try to up sell me on services I didn t need. I would definitely recommend his company.

I am so pleased to make a statement about Ashby Heating. Being 1000 miles away from my 88 year old mama, I looked through all the contractors and chose these guys. It was minutes after I asked for a quote, Miss Kristen called me, I realized she was an awesome young lady. Today her husband Steve visited moms home and knew what the issue was immediately with a noisy fan. He fixed the problem, charged my mom -0- was kind, respectful and I from the time I talked to Miss Kristen knew she was safe. Problem solved for right now, but when things go wrong again, these are the folks I ll call. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kristen and Steve. You have a customer for life. Do not hesitate to hire these folks!!! They re incredible loving folks

They were good enough at their job, when it came down to it, I felt that maybe more could have been done prior to buying a new air unit. And the holes made to run tubing and electric were not refilled, they left them open and subsequently a small black snake entered our house. Lucky I found it and not my wife.

Jim and his crew were a big help to us when we were in a jam on a hot and humid Saturday. They were efficient and polite when our a/c needed maintenance. They got the job done and didn't waste any time. Thanks guys!

I'm a single mom and I was unsure about what type of furnace I needed. They were very patient and kindly reviewed all my options, so we could find what would work best for me. I was so happy they were able to install my new furnace so quickly. Now I have a higher efficiency furnace that doesn't run as often as my old one. My house is warmer and my gas bill has gone down. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends.
