If you are looking for a service to help with home network issues or to install a home theatre look no further. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, competent, fair and honest. I was so impressed with Jordan's knowledge level and customer service. You will not go wrong with working with these guys plus they are extremely knowledgeable about all the latest technology. Definitely an oasis in the desert of tech services vying for your money. Ashcraft-Tech is a company to keep on card on your fridge for. They are super knowledgeable and honest in their approach to customer service. I will be using them for future upgrades planned for our home network.

At the first walk through, they completely understood what needed to be done and did not attempt to upsell unnecessary work or materials, like other bidders. We had a little hiccup with the appointment time, but the tech called and apologized. The tech arrived about an hour late. The tech was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use their services in the future.

Jordan is very knowledgeable about the technology he specializes in. I felt very confident in selecting his company for a difficult project to mount a TV on a brick wall over the fireplace. To further add complexity, there is a gas insert in the fireplace. It took him a little while but he figured it out and TV looks gorgeous with no wires hanging down. I'll be able to enjoy my fireplace while watching TV this winter! He cleaned up throughout the installation and left no mess or trash in my home. My job was a little more costly but worth it for the end result. Highly recommend.
