Alvin did an excellent job re-caulking and re-grouting our shower. He responded to my request promptly, arrived on time for our appointment and went to work the very next day. We haven't completed with our work with Ashia (because of our delay). But Alvin came out on real short notice to demo his work and do a small job. We were very impressed with his work and his knowledge of tiling and will use him to finish the project. I will add to this once finished.

I contacted Service Magic to find a professional to fix a tile floor that had started buckling. I had already looked online at This Old House, and found that you could pay someone for the life of the house to patch a buckling floor, but until you found the problem, you would just be throwing money away. That is to say, these professionals were willing to do whatever I want, but told me verbatim what I had already learned. That was very important to me. They went to work fast; they were punctual, and courteous. They do the most beautiful tile work, I�ve ever seen. I am not a visionary, however, not to worry the owner; Alvin Privette is an artist and visionary in his own right. After they finished my floors, I worked with him on how the counters would look with the same tile. He gets very excited about doing something a little different. I must say, his artistic ability did not let me down. My countertops and floor are absolutely gorgeous. It�s hard to believe that it�s my kitchen of which I am very proud. Alvin Privette called me after I requested a quote for a tile problem in our shower. He came the next day on time, provided a reasonable quote and did an outstanding job on fixing a shower tile problem and regrouting the shower and bathroom floor.
