Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
The roofing work (replace of all roof tiles) was done well, very professionally and with good quality. They always responded to all our questions and concerns and the job was finished completely well.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The estimate was not the final cost. They explained you couldn't see the problem until roof was removed. I believe an estimate should be what I pay. Also we wanted to use a credit card because of the extra $700 but they wouldn't accept it. At no time was that explained. Work was good but the extra cost plus not accepting credit card was extremely frustrating.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The contractor was on time and did what he promised. We hired him because he also was more reasonable than the other roofers. It gave me extra confidence that the contractor who came to do the estimate was also the one who oversaw the work. He spend time explaining everything in details. The other two companies we got estimates from send their sales-man who seemed to not be as involved with the actual job.
