Mervyn wasnâ t the original person who was assigned by Angieâ s list. The other person couldnâ t make it but Mervyn was able to stop by at a short notice to assist us. He was finishing another job but he went out of his way to rearrange his schedule because we could not stop the water leak. He had to come back the next day to get the replacement faucet but he made sure first that it could not be repaired and showed us how to shut off the water just in case it happens again. We were very impressed about his professionalism and customer service. He gave us an estimate, took a picture of the faucet that will be the replacement and he provided us with an ETA of his arrival. Overall, he was very considerate about our schedule. We are truly grateful for his timely response.
