This is my first review ever. Usually I take what comes my way good or bad and don't write anything. This time, I must. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by someone who is hired to repair something, I had an appointment on 2/12/2018 between 11 and 3 for The owner of this company to come out and repair my washing machine. I just moved here and my phone service is not so good in this new location. I received a text message at 2:14 from the landlord telling me to please call the company and reschedule. I called at 2:38 when I saw the message. The owner promptly began to chew me out for not answering my phone and proceeded to tell me how many times he called and if I did not know that I had an appointment today. I told him yes I did because I had been waiting for him all day and I told him that the service here is not so good. He asked me if I had a house line because, in his words, "That's the only way someone is going to come again." I told him there is a line in the home but I do not know the number. (who uses house phones still?) I just moved here. I then proceeded to ask him why he did not just leave a voice message. And he hung up on me! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and call back but he did not answer and sent me to voicemail (AND I LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE.) I have never been treated so rudely by any "professional" ever. I can only say stay away from this company and hire a real professional not this one man business.

Hired because my dishwasher was not working. He identified the problem (thus the 1 rating) but told me the part was discontinued and I should just buy a new dishwasher. My husband found it (not discontinued) in less than 2 minutes, ordered it, and replaced it himself. Dishwasher is fine. DO NOT hire this company unless you have money or time to waste. Very disappointed.
