Do not trust him. He only talks the talk and does not walk the walk. He does not do what he says he is going to do. He overcharges and under delivers. He is not a man of his word. Not an honorable person because he told me he rewired all of the outlets that were submerged, but I hired a master electrician after we terminated him and it turns out that nothing was rewired.

I wouldn't use any other roofing company. They are by far the best!! I'd give them a 10+ if I could. So... why use anyone else but ASHLEY ROOFERS when you can have the best!!! Some roof shingles came off my roof during Harvey. I found Ashley Construction online and requested service. They returned call promptly, and serviced my roof the next day. Price was reasonable. I definitely would use them again.

The job was excellent and done in a timely fashion. I needed to have the floors and walls dried out and the kitchen ceiling replaced and painted after a small water leak in an upstairs bathroom. I decided to paint my kitchen cabinets, and remove the wallpaper and have the walls textured and painted at the same time. I was expecting company a week later and, as promised, they were able to complete everything (except the cabinet doors, which needed time to cure.). I could not have been more happy with the finished product. The charges were fair and Dennis was very understanding of my needs and concerns, and very knowledgeable. Of the 4 quotes and recommendations I obtained, his was thorough without being outlandish, and his explanations of the recommended work were reasonable. He was always available and returned messages promptly. I'm glad that this small house disaster led me to such a great company for future projects. I would recommend Ashley Construction to anyone, but most especially to single women who are looking for a trustworthy company and owner upon whom the can rely and feel safe using.

Called me back promptly and followed through with estimate and installed a new chimney cap the next day just before the rain came.

There seemed to be a minor mix up with my job. They did a decent job, but it took a little bit longer than I expected.

Their pricing was reasonable and they were prompt, knowledgeable, and did quality work using quality materials, and left the job site clean when finished. I was so pleased I expanded the job scope to include a few other exterior home maintenance items I had been putting off.

Was able to complete the work in a short amount of time. Will be using them again to do some roof and gutter work.

They did a great job, but were also very respectful. Will definitely hire them again.

Ran a little late for estimate and work but did call me. Kept me informed, answered all my questions. Showed me before and after pictures of roof. Was very polite, respectable and very good on pricing. Have other projects we intend on using them for.

While I would prefer to offer a positive review it has become disappointingly apparent that Ashley Construction will not stand by their work. In the process of making a roof leak repair on my residence they created another leak in the area of the flashing around the chimney stack. The leak was reported and acknowledged by their workmen who attempted an unsuccessful repair. This issue was reported to Ashley via phone message as the phone was not being answered some 2-3 weeks later after a significant rain storm. Approximately one week later I received a return phone call relative to the message and was essentially told the problem was mine as I had not reported it soon enough. Soon enough? The original contract for the repairs including a one year warranty is dated August 22, 2016. The phone request for service was November 7, 2016. The end result was this person was going to get with his people, give me a call and personally come inspect the roof. To date I have not received a call and the roof is still leaking. Before taking further action, on Monday, December 19, 2016, I called the contact person who made the original visit and proposal for repairs. He told me he was not available for a few days and would contact me later in the week. It is now December 29, 2016 and I have yet to hear from anyone at Ashley Construction.

Ashley was the second contractor to contact me. Ashley was willing to do the work even though it included a bit of siding work along with the roof repair. The other roofing contractors shied away. Ashley showed up when they said they would, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Phili provided good customer service and did an excellent repair. The only negative in my mind was the price. The repair took 3 to 4 hours using less than $100 worth of materials and the bill was $800. I would use them again but will make sure to have at least one other estimate.

Very neat and tidy. Cleaned up debris and helped with questions regarding other needs.

They did what I wanted them to do in a timely manner.

They simply do not show up when they say they will. Apparently they want to work according to their needs and not mine. The work was to have been performed on Wednesday, but since they wanted to start three hours before sunset I stopped them. The roof was laid on Thursday but not completed in time for the trash to be removed. The trash was to have been picked up on Friday morning, but they did not show up. They showed up Saturday afternoon to pick it up. I would not allow it since my wife and I were washing cars and the driveway was occupied. I told them to come back tomorrow, the day after Labor Day. Even though the instructions on the roofing material stated a roller was to be used during the installation, no roller was evident. This was a test for them - a small job - unsure if I will hire them for the big job in the wings.

The crew was very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. We are very pleased with the results. They did a very good job with the clean up also . Would highly recommend to others.

They were prompt, professional, responsive to every request and did everything that was agreed to in a very timely manner. This was a repair project and yet they responded as if it was a total roof replacement. This is a sign of a company that wants to provide high quality customer response and service.
