Ashley's Obsessive Cleaning Disorder

Very thorough deep cleaning, including areas that past home cleaners had ignored.

I hired Ashley from San Diego to clean out my son s college house in Chico. The house hadn t been properly cleaned for probably 20 years of water polo players cycling through the house. Although it cost a lot of money to get the house cleaned, the landlord who was super picky liked the cleaning and we got most of our deposit back thanks to Ashley. She was excellent at communicating with me and was always there to answer questions. I highly recommend her.

Ashley did two move-out cleanings for me. She is thorough, hard-working and kept in close touch with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Ashley.

Ashley and her assistant are like two dirt devils running through your home cleaning everything from top to bottom. They are definitely very skilled in the process of cleaning homes, apartments and rentals. They are trustworthy, professional and very courteous. I look forward to having them come again.

Unfortunately there was clearly a few misunderstandings that prevented me from being thrilled with this business. Ashley is a very nice girl, but she seems a little in over her head. She came prepared with a notepad to take notes on what was needed, yet she missed what I said entirely. Not sure what the point of the notepad is if you don t take or follow your notes. Even though she did not do half of what I asked, I will say she did a good job on what she did actually do. Unfortunately we don t recommend her as there s quite a bit of options and for the cost, it was not even close to worth it.

I was looking for a cleaning service to do my daughter's home in Chico. Ashley responded to my emails promptly and answered all my questions. My daughter set up an appointment to meet with her, liked her and said let's give her a try. My daughter is so happy with the job Ashley is doing. She adapts to any special requests of my daughters and let's my daughter (who is at work) know when she is leaving the house even. My daughter's comment to me was that it's so nice to come home to a clean and sweet-smelling home after a long day at work. She also added that she feels much less stressed now that she has help!

Ashley is the best. She s a very hard worker and she knows when the house is clean. I love her.
