Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This company will come out give you an estimate and change the price after they have already worked on the job ( making you obligated to pay them) I was extremely dissatisfied with the work. Openly expressed my disappointment and got the answer * I did my job *. How can you be a Tree and stump removal service and not remove the trees and stumps you cut down? They came out on a day when it was raining which if youre in this business for 20+ years then it would make sense to come out on a dry day. I NOW HAVE LARGE TRACKS IN MY FRONT AND BACK YARD FROM THEIR EQUIPMENT. I will be calling Home Advisor corporate office. I am so disappointed with the work. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Henry and his crew were professional and to our family during the three day removal of 18 large pine trees. I would recommend Ashley Tree again.

Their price is fair. Their service was very good, including tree removal, tree trimming, and debris removal. Here's how I came to need the help of Ashley's Tree & Stump Removal. In the last storm in Fayetteville, wind knocked a branch off a very tall pine tree in my front yard between my house and a telephone pole and knocked out the power. After the storm, it looked like the pine tree had dropped all its needles. Upon closer inspection, the whole tree had become unsteady. PWC recommended I call a good tree service to take out the tree. I turned to HomeAdvisor and found Ashley's Tree & Stump Removal. Ashley's Tree & Stump Removal is terrific! Henry is great! Their service was very good. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends!

After leaving a message, Henry got to me quickly and we were able to make an appointment that same day. Work was scheduled for the following day! Henry and his crew arrived on time and had all the equipment needed to do the job. They worked as a team, each person knowing what to do. No time was wasted taking phone or smoking breaks. The crew helped each other and all showed pride in his work. Trees and overgrown bushes were cut down, the limbs were mulched and /or hauled away, and stumps were ground away. When finished, the work site was raked and blown to remove debris. The entire job was well led by Henry and the job was well orchestrated. It was a pleasure to have their service and I would have them back for other jobs, without question. Rates were fair and competitive. Henry called the day before to confirm the appointment. The crew arrived and knew exactly what had to be done. They all worked hard and steady to remove 14 large trees and clean up by the end of day. I'm very pleased with the end results. Even my neighbors have made comments on the work that was done and the speedy time that it was done in. I highly recommend Ashley's tree and stump removal. Should I need tree service in the future, I WILL call Henry again.

When i submitted my quote request via Home Advisor they called me within 5 minutes. I was asked to take a few pictures. I was given a quick and fair quote. After discussing appointment options they were able to make it the same evening. A little later I received a phone call telling me they would be there an hour earlier than I expected. It was a welcome update. The crew arrived and immediately got to work after surveying the trees I wanted cut down. They were fun to watch. As professional as one would expect and would absolutely recommend them.

Removed a tree in a very challenging place and did not damage any of the surrounding buildings. Cut the wood into specified pieces and cleaned up the area. Showed up when he said he would be here.
