I am not sure what happened with this company, but the quality of service has gone down to zero. They provided great service when I first starting using them 2 years ago, but lately it has been a combination of them not showing up to scheduled appointments and not returning phone calls or texts. After 7 weeks of unsuccessfully trying to get a simple service call...I gave up!

They do great work and are always just a text message away if you need them!

Matt is dependable, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond. Quality of work is great. I d recommend his company.

Weekly pool maintenance service. Prompt in keeping the appointment and takes care of minor issues without even informing me. So far, great performance.

What a great team!! This project is now resolved and would recommend for time and efficiency, very easy to meet and detail the cleaning and maintainace- price cannot be beat.

These guys are Jonny on the spot. Curious, trustworthy, and I would recommend them to anyone. I recently moved into a house and the previous owners let the pool go when I agreed to buy the house. It was sad, parents were busy with the movers and all the kids could do is look at a algae over ridden pool. I asked Matt to help us out and Ashmore pools was there the next day. Thank you Matt! They got us in the pool the next day after a good cleaning.

I requested a particular day and he moved me to another day. I then let him know that the day I requested was my day and if he couldn't service me on that day I would move on to someone else. He now services me on the day requested.

I was and am very pleased with this company, they are very personable and knowledgable . They rescued my pool in one visit.
