Ashton Pools By Design

Ashton Pools designed and built our custom pool and spa and we could not be happier! Joe, Nicole and Maggie provided innovative ideas and showed us our pool and spa in 3D so we could see our design come to life. The communication was outstanding. We were out of town so we loved the weekly reports and photos from John and team starting from when they broke ground up until the time we were floating on a noodle in the pool with a big smile on our face. Our situation was complex. We were building a home at the same time and had a number of changes that impacted our pool/spa design. Through it all, Ashton went above and beyond and accommodated ALL of our changes, added value and made sure that we were exceptionally happy with the pool/spa. In addition to their exceptional customer service and quality, we love how Joe and Nicole live locally and actively support the community to include protecting our wetlands. They are great people with strong values. We loved doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone considering building a pool or custom spa.

Excellent with design and execution

I didn't even finish closing my computer down when Joe called to come out and give me an estiminate. HE was prompt and couteous. I am concerning him to do the job.

We had "the works" done to our yard! Cement, pavers, fencing, landscaping and sod...They did it all. Joe and Chuck with very nice to work with and I appreciated their prompt communication and flexibility. The work site was straightened up at the end of each day, and the total job was completed within about 2 weeks...Despite some very adverse weather conditions! Even when there were minor glitches with the fence, they made it right and we are very happy. All in all it was a good and experience and we are very pleased to have everything completed so quickly and professionally.

I cannot rate some items since I have decided not to move with this project yet. Overall my experience with dealing with you to get an estimate and discussing options was excellent. I will look forward to contacting you for future projects.

The quality of work was outstanding. The 4 gentlemen were exremely diligent and caring workers. Chuck Gross was quite tempermental They delivered all of the hardscaping and landscaping as detailed in the signed contract. The place looks great!

Have just had meetings and emails with him so far, but he is professional and usually responds quickly.

Joe Ashton and his crew landscaped and rebuilt the retaining wall around our pool deck with fantastic results. This is a highly motivated and talented company.
