I left a message on New Year's Eve. Dallas showed up on New Year's Day and provided me with options and provided a quote, including informing me that as a veteran, I was eligible for a rebate for the roof that I choose. He was very polite and professionally answered all my questions. New roof was installed four days later, by a hardworking crew who showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. My roof was replaced in a matter of days from quote to complete! I ended up getting four bids to replace my roof. Ask Luke Zello LLC was hands down the best offer. Dallas provided me a quick quote up front with no pressure sales. When he came to the house the quote didnâ t change. The quote included upgraded shingles right off the bat and an excellent warranty that other companies canâ t provide or charge far more if you select it. The team was professional and on time. I had a leak in my roof. I contacted Ask Luke Zello late in the afternoon and they called me back immediately. They sent out a team member the following day to inspect the leak, I was quoted a very reasonable price that covered the labor & supplies needed to repair the damage. They arrived the very next day an hour early and went straight to work! The job was completed on the same day it was started & in a timely manner.

Emiliano Was great. He came out the same day and let me know that the sealant on my bathroom vent pipe needed to be resealed as well as some shingles were coming up. He fixed everything the same day and the price was great. They fixed everything right before it had rained again that night and i had no more leaking in the bathroom. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Tim Zello was amazing to work with. The crews he hired did the job quickly. I was worried about debris from the roof replacement but the crew was on top of that.
