Edgardo is THE GREATEST!!! He is the MOST kind, caring, and intelligent professional ever. He repaired our appliance that no other repair person had been able to fix despite several different attempts. He is literally a genius on top of being the nicest guy ever!! I will hire him for all our appliance work from now on and cannot recommend Edgardo and Aspen highly enough!!!!

Edgardo is a very thorough and friendly technician. He acted quickly, responded very promptly, and was always pleasant. He is sensitive to the needs and concerns of the customer. There was a delay in finalizing the dishwasher repair, but that may have been due to my building management.

I hate going through [Redacted] because it takes so long to get an appointment. Im never sure when I call non-authorized fridge repair companies what the skill level of the people they send are. We met Edgardo and Aspen through [Redacted] and hes amazing. Hes lightning fast so fast you may need to be flexible because he might show up in an hour unexpected to repair your fridge. Hes polite and easy to work with. His rates are more than reasonable in an industry where the rates usually arent. If you have a [Redacted] call him theres no one better.
