I am a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I have been appraising as an independent fee appraiser since 1998. I am FHA approved and CRV certified. I appraise single family homes, multi-family homes up to four units, condominiums, vacant land and complex properties. I also perform review appraisals. I am a member of the OCAP (Ohio Coalition of Appraisal Professionals). I also hold a CREA designation with the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA) as well as a MNAA designation with the National Association of Appraisers (NAA). In addition to completing appraisals, I also offer measuring and floor plan services for those interested in having an accurate measurement of their home's gross living area based upon ANSI Standards. I also consult with individuals who would like to know if their home has any FHA violations. I enjoy working with people and take great pride in my work and reputation in the industry.
