Jon was very courteous and extremely efficient. I’m not sure the grout was ever cleaned in my newly purchased 12-year old home. But when Jon was finished cleaning, it looked brand new. He also charged me the exact amount he quoted and it was a tremendous value. I will absolutely refer Aspen Roto Clean to everyone, and will call again the next time I need the grout cleaned!

He was very accommodating and did a good job. He put plastic under chairs so the stain would not get on the carpets. It dried quite fast.
