Fast, clean could use more timely communication

Contracted with Carter Coleman for JH siding/windows installation during a trip to Spokane in January 2020, before Covid-19 manifested itself. I am an out-of-state owner. Carter stood out among the contractors I interviewed. The virus lock-down restrictions impacted work start-up and Carter kept me informed of status via emails and phone calls. Once started, work progressed expeditiously through completion. Although I wasn't present during the work period, I am well satisfied with the results: the house looks great. A minor follow-up issue was handled in a timely manner and expertly. I unreservedly recommend Aspen Construction & Design, LLC, to prospective customers based on the expertise, dedication and professionalism they displayed on my job.

Carter was just great. He was the only contractor that offered what we wanted. He and his crew were outstanding and really efficient. I would recommend Aspen to any one that is planning on residing their home and I have already passed on his name to everyone that has asked me for a great contractor.

I went out to bid to put new vinyl siding on, install new windows throughout the entire house, and blow insulation. My experience with Carter and his team was excellent. He was prompt on the initial estimate appointment and submission. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me while I made decisions about the project before committing. He was very communicative about the project tasks and timelines. Both he and his team did an excellent job on the project. Working with Carter truly is working with a professional. I will be hiring him for additional projects around my home.

Aspen did an amazing job on our siding and roofing project. Great communication before the job and during. The guys never ran out of material - Carter was on top of the project and was here every couple of days to check in and keep tabs. We went into the project going to paint the siding, but we were sold on the refinished James Hardie ColorsPlus siding after a very informative meeting that really went above and beyond the other company's insights. Highly recommend Aspen Construction.

I could not be happier with the new Hardie board exterior siding. The pricing was very competitive. The quality of the installation is top shelf and far exceeded my expectations. The job was completed on time and on budget. If you are shopping for new siding, do yourself a favor and ask Aspen for an estimate. You won't regret it.

The company representative will walk YOU around the project and point out potential problems with your house and what he will do to correct discovered issues. You will get an honest quote that does not grow during the course of the job. You will get a realistic completion time that does not change unless something previously unknown is discovered. In my case, my home was finished 2 days ahead of expected completion time. Several things should be mentioned, 1) Work ethic; if a commitment is made they keep it, 2) quality of work; is top notch. They even replaced the flashing between the roof and siding where needed. 3) Clean up; when the clean up is completed it is as if they were never there. The very last item that is done, is the final walk around. The representative will actually walk around the house with you. Any issues you might have are answered then and there. One last thing about a month after completion, I received a phone call asking if I had any issues with the work. I did not. I looked at 4 different companies and found Aspen Construction & Design to be about in the middle (tied for 2nd) as far as cost, However, quality is far better and you will be pleased if you pick this company. At least meet with them.
