Had our eagle run condos association building roofed in west fargo nd, after a hail storm in 2020 Andy our rep came out and did a free inspection. He took photos of the damage and showed us pictures. He was very helpful in explaining the next steps and the insurance process. Andy helped us file a claim and even came back and met the adjuster. First adjuster only paid for half of our roofing project, then with Andyâ s help we had a second adjuster come out and insurance then paid for a full roof replacement and all we had to due was pay our deductible. Highly recommend aspen and Andy. Roofers weâ re polite and cleaned up well. A+++++++++

Oh, how I wish I had chosen another company. Aspen worked with my insurance adjuster and agreed to a price, and I paid them 50% before the work began. After they received my check, they sent the adjuster a revised estimate that was many thousands of dollars higher. My adjuster agreed to a few changes but said most were completely unjustified. Aspen just sent me a final bill including all of the *unjustified* changes. In addition, it took ten days for them to remove a palette of leftover materials from my property. Many of my neighbors chose another construction company and had no problems. I wish I had chosen them instead. In the end, and after several days, my adjuster and this company came to an agreement on a new, lowered price.

"Homeowner did make a down payment which is customary in a storm damaged restoration project. Usually it is the actual cash value amount (which includes deductible) for the items we are performing and then the remaining balance plus any supplements agreed to by insurance ares invoiced when project is completed and h/o has received the depreciation plus any supplements.. There are usually supplements to the insurance company that are for needed items missed, short on measurements, permit costs, etc. We came to an agreed price with the insurance and did not bill customer a penny more. As far as the delay in picking up left over materials. We apologize, however this geographical area was hit hard by the storm and the suppliers are overwhelmed with deliveries and also short staffed due to the current pandemic."

The whole process was handled very professionally. We were also fortunate to have Andy, the president of the company come out and talk to us about the process and he also made sure that the correct materials were going to be on site when the installers came to remove and replace our roof. The installers were also friendly, and did an awesome job. I would recommend Aspen exteriors to anyone needing their services.
