Chimney or Fireplace Service
Mr. Navarro asked me to pay him $430 to order a part to fix my fireplace. After I paid him he basically ignored me. Despite giving him 6 weeks to do the work or for the part to come in. After 7 weeks, I asked him to refund my monies and again he is completely ignoring me. I want my $430 back. This is fraud by deception.
