Outstanding Job!

Professional, good cleanup & follow-up

They were very busy and it took at least 4-6 weeks to do job. The job was very professional but was to estimate another small roof repair but was never contacted.

I just felt they could have been more professionl. There was no sign on either trucks that came to house. I felt the tar they put around the cooler was rather sloppy & it does not appear they completly sealed around the cooler. I intend to contact them & let them know. Some of the tile around the cooler appeared to be lifted.

I was happy with the results,however the man that did the job was very sloppy while working ,also only one man did the whole roof by himself and it took a lot longer than I expected.Other than that everything was good.

I live in southern California and i still have not made a trip out to see the roof. So I cannot comment on quality or cleanliness. But I think they did a good job overall.

Although the project took a little longer than expected, I was very pleased with the outcome. Mike made sure everything was done according to his high standards; exceptional clean-up; I recommend Aspen Roofing.

Thomas was very thorough, explained everything my patio roof needed and what it didn't, and answered all my questions. I'm very thankful he was willing take time out of his personal schedule to come out on a Saturday to do the inspection, give a quote, and write up the papers.

The only problem was the flat roof tying into the pitched part of the roof. I ended up with some leaks on the patio. Aspen had to come back several times to fix it. They appear to be very reliable on fixing any mistakes. Otherwise I was satisfied.

These guys were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up so well I could NOT tell they had even BEEN there! I'm impressed, and will call them again when I need future roofing work accomplished. Thanks for introducing me to Aspen Roofing!

My roof had patches missing from a wind storm, and the new roof wasnt scheduled to be put on till the following week. There was a rain storm scheduled to come. Aspen roofing came out and patched my roof to avoid damage. I was very impressed.. I would highly recommend their services..

One of Michael's team did not have the skills to do a portion of the job. Michael, the owner, personally and promptly fixed the problem.

Good job...These folks are pros but do not gouge...Had a lot of chatter from many, because I had a tough leak fix that a number of others already had "fixed" but it still leaked. Aspen kept coming back when they said they would and fixed it. When I need a new roof I will call them first.

I had to have some Asphalt shingles replaced and sealing performed due to leaking caused by AC condensation pooling on the roof. Aspen quickly followed up on my request and was able to perform the work the very next day. Mike was at our place the same afternoon the request was made to survey the job and provided a quote. Exceptional service! Also, Aspen's office personnel was friendly and very professional. Aspen is highly recommended!
