A couple years in and our asphalt driveway is already crumbling. I guess you get what you pay for... I wouldn't let these guys come back out and repair my driveway for free at this point. I tried contacting many times last spring but ultimately got nowhere but ghosted. Initial install went okay except for the part we had them expand from where we originally had a gravel driveway. A dirt delivery truck completely destroyed that area because it wasn't compacted properly. To their credit, they came back out and fixed the initial damage. However, the "repair" just created significant cracks in our driveway that no amount of hot rubber or sealer will fix. What I thought was going to by a 20yr investment will be lucky if we can get 10 years out of it. Pay the extra cost and head elsewhere... Trying to save money has turned out to be very expensive for us.

The crew was meticulous in preparing our driveway for sealing. It had not been done for a few years so it was in pretty bad shape. Asphalt Help did a very good job and took their time making sure not to make a mess and everything got done right.

This is the second Job Asphalt Help has done for us. First was after the City of Columbus forced us to put in a parking lot for 6 spaces since they deemed the gravel lot was "abandoned". Yeah sure it was. Anyways, Asphalt Help talked me thru their process and also when issues came up they go them squared away. This lot has been fine for about 5 years at this point. Second job was just done. Driveway at a rental was sorely in need of repair and I called them to get a quote. They worked with me on pricing and payment options and did the job in a timely manner. Looks good. I'd use them again and recommend them.

Mike was especially helpful making clear the process and life expectancy of product. John the site / project manager and his team were attentive, professional and neat. We had a fair amount of organic debris to move to rear of lot, and they used a second man as spotter to navigate the terrain. Highly recommend this team for pricing, professionalism, and responsiveness to questions and scheduling. Great find.

They came out to start the project (9/19/25) just as it was getting dark outside which was my first clue something isn't right with this company. Less than a month after having new asphalt installed, weeds are poking through and causing bulges. They have several areas where the asphalt is uneven and "bowled" areas where rain collects in the middle. Several locations where it wasn't filled in and several cracks within the first day. I contacted the company several times to come back to fix the issues. They responded saying they'll be back out on certain day, but always had excuses only when prompted on why they never showed up. Now no responses after a month. Several of the neighbors had this company installed asphalt on their driveways. All have complaints on how unsatisfied with the job they did. I measured and only get about 1" thickness when the contract clearly states 2.5" poured and will be 2" after rolling the final surface. Photos were taken next day and the weed photos are abo

Workers showed up as promised. Completed the driveway in 1 day. Problems that were not resolved: Asphalt and concrete that they removed from the old driveway was dumped on the neighbors property. Sent photos and only response was " Will investigate" also a dump truck was backing up being directed by AP workers backed into one our steel gates tearing out the bottom hinge area and the gate opener arm bent in half. John did knock off $800 from the bill put the damages were over $3,000.

This company and their workers are AMAZING. I would recommend them highly. They were professional and very pleasant. Our driveway looks amazing.

Driveway #1 505 se 18th st Fort Lauderdale On or about 2/28, I met with "Nick" from Asphalt HELP, LLC, who engaged his company to extend the driveway at my office, formally grass to include 3 additional parking spaces, and to sealcoat the existing driveway for 6 cars. He advised that he would remove the grass, install lime rock and compress the rock, and then install asphalt. We signed an agreement to that effect. As he was doing the job, he said it would look much better if I resurfaced the 6-car area to match the new part rather than sealcoating it. We agreed on an additional cost of $3,000.00. I recall when he was having his worker pour and spread the lime rock, they asked him if it was enough, he said it was, but it clearly was insufficient. Once the asphalt was poured and rolled. Nick came back and marked the lines on the driveway. He said his stencil with the required handicap sign was broken, so he would come back. He never did come back. Shortly thereafter, about a week or so, grass and weeds started to grow out of the asphalt in the area where the new driveway was installed. I called Nick, he said it's just mother nature, not his fault. He sent a man to fix it. The worker came and sprayed weed killer and used a blow torch to get rid of the weeds, but within days, the weeds were back. In addition, I advised his worker that there were huge puddles of water on the new driveway every time it rained, but he never addressed that problem either. I have sent numerous text messages to Nick and have called him many times, but he said he will get to it, but never does. He said I'm not his only customer and will get to it when he can. As of today, the new driveway is covered in weeds and grass and is falling apart. In addition, there are huge puddles when it rains. Drive way # 2 14750 Sunset Lane Southwest Ranches, FL When I executed the contract for the driveway in Fort Lauderdale, I also agreed for his company to resurface the driveway at my home located at 14750 Sunset Lane in Southwest Ranches, FL. That particular driveway included the resurfacing of an existing driveway and putting asphalt on an extended circle driveway around my fountain that was Lime rock and compressed a year earlier by another contractor. There were some areas that did not have lime rock but dirt near the stoop. Nick said he would install lime rock in those areas, compress it, and install asphalt in those areas, too. A copy of that agreement is attached. Shortly, about a week or so later, grass and weeds started to grow out of the asphalt in the area where there was no lime rock and the extended asphalt was installed. Once again, I called Nick, he said it's just mother nature, not his fault. He said he would send someone over, but that never occurred. I have sent numerous text messages to Nick and called him many times. He said he would send someone, but he never did. He no longer accepts my calls or responds to my text messages. In total, I have paid Asphalt Help the sum of $17,000.00. ($3,500 in cash and $13,500.00 in check ) See attached. I want Asphalt Help to remove the asphalt in the area that was not properly prepared with sufficient lime rock 2. Level the driveway to prevent puddling 3. Spray the Handicap logo on the Asphalt 14750 Sunset Lane Southwest, ranches FL 1. Remove asphalt in areas where weeds are growing and install sufficient lime rock and re asphalt.

Nick , the owner of the company, understood exactly what had to be done, and boy, did he deliver! My driveway looks fantastic. This company has excellent customer service and ensures that the customer is totally satisfied. Everything was great. The response time from my inquiry. I met the estimator the next day ( Friday) . I confirmed the contract on Monday morning ( 3 days later ). The work was started and completed that same day. I am completely satisfied with the people that I spoke with, the quality of the job performed, and the finished product. I would highly recommend this company.

They were fantastic! Very communicative, helpful in making decisions and on time! They went above on several aspects of the job and it looks fantastic! I have already recommended them to my neighbors!

They were not the least expensive by about $1000 but they were the only ones who took the time to visit the job site and correctly evaluate the project details and the overall cost.

Driveway looks great!

Nick is a professional. His crew showed up on time and did a great job. The only complaint I have is you can see some lines from the steam roller but I assume over time those will flatten out.

Was scheduled to get paving done on 11/18/22. I called then at 10 a.m. to inquire when they were showing up, and she said they could not make it that day. She then said 11/23/22, so I agreed. I called on 11/22/22 to confirm my appointment and got no response. I called 11-23-22 and still received no response. So now I am out two days of work and a permit fee, and still no work has been performed. I will not continue with future work.

They were affordable, quick and did a great job. The driveway looks great.

Nothing

I had a very long, VERY steep, very rutted gravel driveway. Two previous companies had declined the job. Asphalt Help gave me a price on the spot without hesitation. After a little negotiation we reached agreement. They showed up on the day that had been specified. They took a day longer than they originally expected but I now have an all weather heavy duty surface to drive on that no longer needs 4 wheel drive to transverse. Minor complaints are it wasn't always easy to talk with someone in charge. That seemed to change frequently and nearly all of the workers did not speak English. However all of my questions and requests were satisfied in a practical amount of time. i am pleased that I hired them.

They put down and compacted gravel for the base of the asphalt. Did a nice job, worked with me on what was needed. Easy communications. Started when they said they would. Finished quickly.
