Diane, is rude and unprofessional. Not pleased with the customer service or work. Heavy sealing done around the edging light sealing done inside. Causing the sealing overall to be uneven and look botched. Wanting to convince me it will even out in time. Would NOT recommend.

Our company has many years of experience doing sealcoat and has always balances out after more than one day. It has been cloudy and even rained since the work was done. Anyone that has had sealcoat done knows it needs time to cure. We offered a warranty which was rejected and she wanted double the work, for free, simply because she does not understand the process. She even had our employees move her trash barrels because she insisted she would get a ticket if we didn’t (even though she’s fully capable of doing so herself). When she hires another company to “fix” our work, they will tel her the same thing. Happy to be done with the nightmare customer who has been difficult since day one.

Sorry to say this customer did not understand the process, the way her job looked after less than 34 hours was normal, but was trying to demand extra work for free. I?m sorry she feels the need to slander our company on multiple sites, and I feel sorry for the next contractor she hires, who will tell her the same thing. Customers who are not professionals in the industry should not assume they know more than the hired professionals, especially when we have nothing but great reviews and no complaints thus far.
