I thought Jim was a good contractor he attempted to remove the snow from the property yet he damaged a lot of the sod and a lot of the concrete. I would attempt to pay him again and put markers on the property so he wouldn't damage again. He failed to return communication 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I'm buried in snow and would be happy to pay for his work. All I want him to do is finish the job

As we said earlier our truck is currently In the shop so we our only doing customers that have a year contract with us. Also we tried to respond to your calls three times now just today with no answer. As we have stated before we offered complete snow removal services on December 6th 2020. which would have had the proper property properly marked out as needed to plow your driveway. You called in an emergency situation we cannot put markers in when the ground is already frozen and for a one time push, therefore we do not know the edge of the driveway so common sense says that grass will be damaged when you are plowing a driveway with 8 inches of snow and ice build up with no markings on where to go. YOUR JOB WAS FINISHED. You are requesting another job/service which all we are doing is kindly declining. Also please do not make the ?damage? out to be anything extraordinary. Your concrete has no damage.

Driveway was resurfaced by Simon Paving. VERY poorly done. One of their accomplishments is that a previously dry garage now gets flooded every time it rains. Hired APR to fix the problem and to seal the surface. They came, they worked, I paid them. Next time it rained water flowed into garage exactly as before. Left messages for Jim 4 times. Talked to him once. No action, water still drains into garage, but only when it rains. If you want to grow mushrooms in your garage do hire him.

We are sorry we could not fix SIMONS paving mess up. We did the best we can without removing the driveway on how to fix ANOTHER COMPANIES mistake! We also have a great price on this as we felt bad for how they paved your driveway. We are sorry the torching did not work and offered you options to pay additional and remove and replace that part of the driveway. Please do not act like we are the ones responsible and that caused your issues all we did was tried to offered a hand on fixing someone else?s work.
