Asphalt Paving Repair or Patch
Hired Jim and his crew to overlay our driveway. Jims price was very reasonable. We reviewed the issues I had with our current driveway and Jim advised the overlay would resolve. Overlay looks amazing, and we are happy with job however we have 1 issue pending, an area Jim said would be resolved. I have called left messages and sent texts and now I can not get him or anyone to respond. Disappointed

It would have been nice if he followed through with what he told me. His employees could have gotten more materials to complete the extras that they offered, instead of using the same amount of materials for the job, therefore the driveway is not as thick as it should be. They over charged my credit card by $500 and they refused to honor one year warranty they gave me. Their lack of communication is terrible. The last time I heard from him is 01/11th.

UPDATE TO THE 12/07/2017 REVIEW The owner contacted me on 12/11/2017 saying he had been overseas for two weeks, and had just returned, and would have someone out to fix the problem that day. The two man crew came out and patched the washouts and sprayed a sealer on the drive. Looks good, time will tell. The job was done in one day (a very long, long day) when I asked when they would be back out to seal the asphalt they shot some bonding oil on it and said it was sealed. Now I have pieces of asphalt washing out and causing potholes, and I can not get anyone to answer or return my calls.

"I have been in in Israel for 2 weeks with my church group but we are back and blessed and we already sent some one out to Dan place actually they was on their way when we got this review so what we really have here is a little mis communication and lack of patience but no matter we are out to set Dan straight. Dan again we would just like to apologize to you for not getting back to you sooner please remember you could always go to the office if know one answer the phone."

Had to ask when I can drive and park on the new asphalt. The info wasn't offered after the job was complete. The directions given off the internet and from the Price team were conflicting. I played it safe and avoided parking on it for 14 days.

Called on Friday, at my house on Monday to bid, work completed on Wednesday. Two other contractors finally called to give bid, I told them never mind...work is done! I would advise, don't expect this every time, I think I got lucky with their schedule. Job was a long steep curved driveway full of huge potholes. I could not be more pleased with quality of job.

They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I was out of town when they called. I had already had 2 bids. The owner said he would go to my house call me, access the job and bid it on the spot. When I got back in town if I didn't accept it he would make it right. I accepted his bid, the job was great and I recommend them highly.
