John bid the job. Rushed me to accept him as contractor. I gave him specific instructions on what I needed done and asked him if he could complete the job as I wanted it done and still do it for the bid price. He agreed. Scraping and wood repair was not completed satisfactorily. Actually rushed thru the job. Very poor job of taping on new vinyl windows led to edges of windows being painted. When I complained and said they needed to get the paint off of the vinyl their fix was to heavily caulk the windows. Have overspray on brick. NOT HAPPY with this job at all. Seems like a nice individual but would never hire him again for painting!
