"I am sorry you feel that way, we went above and beyond for you we did additional work for you at no additional charge. Crack filler is a preventative maintenance if we can get the cracks to completely disappear there would not be any reason for people to get new driveways, I explained to you if you wanted your cracks to completely disappear your driveway needed to be paved. I also explained that the material you used on your driveway in the past is why it looked the way it did, I offered you the other material but you and your wife decided on the latex."
"Thank you, Joe!"
"Thank You!"
"Andrew I think your review is a little unfair. First off when we came out to give you an estimate we explained crack filler is just temporary and does not last if that was the case there would be no reason for new driveway installation. We gave you an option for the hot tar crack filling but you didn't want to pay for it, so we came back out and repaired it for you and gave you a whole bottle of material as a courtesy."
