We live at Lake Lanier with a fairly steep property from the street to the lake. When we have a heavy rain, it washes all of our mulch onto the driveway causing a cleaning headache. Spaulding had to build the new driveway with a tilt that directs the water between my property and my neighbor's. Riprap was installed on both sides of the driveway to keep mulch off of the driveway. The workmen from Spaulding arrived on time, were very professional, knew exactly what had to be accomplished in order to solve our water problem. The driveway looks beautiful, it was reasonably priced and will continue to solve our water problem for years to come.

Very beautiful job

Gabriel did a great job setting up my project and getting us a great crew. Our foreman Bill was on top of the whole project. He was very professional and personable. Him and his guys were awesome. Worked hard all day. I presented the company with a really tricky area to pave. The area was sloped, surrounded by boulders, and filled with stone. They paved right up to the edge without any visible seem. They even cleaned up the site better then how they found it. They finished the job in less than a day and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone. I definitely felt like I got my money worth.

Spalding recently installed a basketball court in our back yard. Gabriel was helpful and responsive in the planning phases of the project. Bill and his crew did an awesome job installing the pad through some tricky space constraints. Highly recommend.

We chose Spalding Concrete Co. to fix/replace a 30-year-old, 300-foot-long asphalt driveway. Spalding was very easy to communicate with, were very reasonable in their pricing and did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. The crew were polite and diligent and left a clean work area. Elapsed time from estimate to finished job was 6 days, including a Holiday weekend! Overall, we are very pleased to have chosen Spalding and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Joseph and his crew were outstanding, very professional, courteous and went over and beyond my expectations. Joseph took the time to explain how he was going to do what I had asked as well as advise me on how a continuing water problem I had could be alleviated. My driveway looks wonderful and will be that way for years to come. I am very pleased, they are hard workers and very careful of my property and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. I will definitely call them if I have need of more work to be done. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting paving done.
