I hired Aspire to do my windows of my house in June for them to be done by August. They didnt start their first day of work until the first week of September. I had 17 windows total that needed replacing. They only installed 6 out of the 17 because they had damaged the other ones and messed up the glass on one of them. The 6 windows they actually did install they screwed up badly. The crew was HORRIBLE! They were Talking about getting high, swearing at eachother like no tomarrow and yelling at eachother. I had to fire them completely and hire a whole new company to rip out everything Aspire did and replace all the rest of the windows. Which im glad i did because Aspire did a very bad job, and then they tried to excuse it by saying i offered them drugs (not true) only for the crew to send me a picture weeks later with 4 big bags of drugs (pictured below). They took 22,000$ of my money and will not refund. Here are all the pictures to show what kind of job they did.

Super disappointed! Mike is a nice guy but- so many problems! My neighbors wanted to call the police because his Cruz were cussing so bad and yelling at each other outside! Couple times they didnâ t show up! They showed up late! He said a few days worth of work. I bet they were here at least 10 days! Last day they were here they caulked and it was horrible! One of my windows leaked over two years ago they were put in. He just came, replace the window he told me I didnâ t have closed right but that was not true. He had the manufacture come out in the window was warped! He came and did it himself because he wanted it done right and I have pictures of the windowsill and the caulking that are an embarrassment! Super disappointed, I would never recommend him! Is there any way to add pictures? Everyone Iâ ve showed his laughed at it!

Following up from Jan/Feb re my skylight replacement: no leaks thru all the rain we ve had - thrilled! I will use your company again when I do further skylight replacements. Thank you!

If it doesn t leak when it rains, I m very happy! Waiting til Spring to know for sure

They finished up and cleaned up everything before they left They do what they say and I would recommend them to anybody. I will be using them again.
