What an amazing experience with my new counters and backsplash. This company is a finely tuned machine from quoting, communication and professionalism. They just deliver what they say. I was gratefully impressed. I had no complaints throughout this process. A special callout to Dave for his meticulous work with the tile. Also He did a great job cleaning up every night when he left so we could use our kitchen. You wonâ t go wrong highering this company.

Initial phase including design and materials selection started off well but as things progressed there was a sense of impatience at times from our project lead. He was very helpful in the beginning with color and material selection, but this faded as we got further into the process. There were a couple production issues right before the instal that made us wonder how well our choices were being noted by the team. Install team was very good. Had a single installer for our project so may have taken a little longer than initially expected but he was excellent. Installer was certainly detail oriented which we appreciated. The installation team was good about coming back, too, and redrilling shelving holes that were not at proper depth for the shelving pins. In the end, we do like the look of our kitchen refacing and cabinet build, however, I do not feel we would use Aspire again for a future project due to some of the late design and production side concerns that happened. If just rating the installation team, would give 5 stars.

I signed a contract with Aspire on January 10, 2022, to have a kitchen and three bathrooms remodeled. I paid $10,000 plus a down payment to purchase the materials needed. Before signing, I told the sales rep. I did not want to wait six months to have this down and was told we do not do that we are not like that. By end of April when no work had been started, I asked to terminate the contract and get my money back or be given the materials I purchased Dave Cummings, owner, told me no we had a contract and if I wanted to cancel he would keep my deposit and the materials I paid for or he would give me the materials if I paid him an additional $9,900. Aspire started in the kitchen on May 16 worked one day and left and did not return until July 7. They left on July 12 claiming they were finished. They improperly installed a kitchen appliance, a hot water dispenser. On the morning of July 13, the failed installation resulted in water flooding my kitchen floor, the living room, and the basement below. Repair and replacement costs for Aspires failure caused more than $20,000. I found out Aspire is not licensed to do business in Lees Summit and failed to get work permits as required so I voided the remainder of the contract. I found Aspire to be deceitful and will lie to get your name on a contract and violate their contract. I have written documentation to prove they were not licensed and did not get work permits. I can also prove they violated the contract.
