"Yes I?ll yyyyyr RD r ret regret M"
"I understand Jerrys frustration; however, it appears that he had not read my report. I pride myself on providing detailed and thorough inspections and have earned a 4.97 (out of 5) overall rating on Home Advisor through 24 reviews. All the issues that Jerry described were appropriately addressed in the report (even highlighted in red in my upfront Summary section), as excerpted below: Private well: Private water wells are not part of NYS Home Inspection Standards of Practice, including evaluating the condition and operation of water wells, and related pressure tanks and related pumps, water quality, or related underground piping, conduits and equipment. Furnace: An oil odor was present during the operation of the unit (furnace). The unit shut down and did not restart (during the inspection). It is recommended that good serviceable sustained operation of the unit be provided with service input by a qualified HVAC contractor. Oil Tank: The tank was supported on a concrete pad but not evenly supported on it by the four legs. Stabilization is recommended. Termites: Inspection for termite presence focused on the exterior foundation walls, and the limited accessible interior and crawlspace areas. Access in the crawlspace was limited by the height of the space and large insulated hot air ducts. As documented in my report excerpts above, all of the issues that Jerry noted in his review were included, addressed, and emphasized in my report. Had he read my inspection report, he could have avoided frustration and would not have resulted in his baseless negative review."
