"Tonya I'm very sorry you feel you received less than 5 star service. I would like to recount and clarify all of the points in which you feel unsatisfied. We never implied there would be multiple laborers there and there really was no need for more than 1 to unpack a 200sq ft shed. This is why I asked for the size of the area to be worked in. Had there been more laborers the price would have been much more. As to ?value for the money? you asked for a quoted price stating there was probably ?4 hours worth of work to be done?. That is why you were quoted for 4 hours and charged for 4 hours. When we quote a job we block that much time out for that"
