Horrible service!! Please do not hire them. Rip off. Touched my appliance for literally 15 minutes and charged me a ridiculous amount WITHOUT giving me an estimate. Very unprofessional. And then asked me get the work undone if I was not happy! Unbelieveable! The technician Brittany who has limited experience was all attitude and not personable at all. No proper communication and no proper language. Will never ever recommend Assurance Repair to anybody. Suggest to stay away from this company.

We are VERY happy with the professionalism, expertise, timeliness, cordial demeanor, and follow through of the service team who got our Ken more duel fuel stove working again ... by having parts rebuilt. They showed up exactly when they said they would , and we were pleased that we didn’t have to purchase a new stove! We highly recommend them!

I was overcharged for the job. My dishwasher needed a new pump ($89.).However,the labor charge was $189.00 for approximately 3 minutes worth of work.the new pump required 2 short screws to be tightened and the insertion of an electric clip.As it was 2 days before thanksgiving and i needed a dishwasher i agreed to the job. However, i called the supervisor on duty and was told that the labor was a flat charge based on a Sears company service manual.I feel that this was an exorbitant labor charge for this job!!

We had Assurance come out to see if they were able to repair above the stove microwave. They were professional, removed the microwave but determined they could not fix it.

Our washing machine broke, and they responded immediately, came immediately and diagnosed the problem. They had to come back twice because two parts had to be replaced and they each had to be ordered. Both times they came exactly when they said they would. Communication was great and they fixed the washer. I would definitely call on them again.

First I was called and told they would be here between 10 -2. I got a call at 2 that said my tech would be there in 10 minutes. Which he did show up at 2:10. He was very pleasant. Until I found out that it would cost me $79 but would be taken off for the job. Then I was told the final price of $150 per hour for service. And I was unaware of this. It would of been nice if this was explained to me. When I notified him that I did not have enough money. He stopped everything and left. I also noticed that the paper I signed said he was here from 1:30 to 2:30. Untrue. He was here for 23 minutes. He told me I would have to put the dryer back together myself. He stated that the front latch hook was bent. He also vacuumed for 5 minutes. And to top it off my dryer still does not work. I spent $85 for nothing. Must be nice working for you.

Very very bad attitude, inefficient, worst service company I ever worked with. Not any thing close to being professional. Ripoff. My refrigerator was sweating. They charged me 730 dollars and still does not guarantee their work. Avoid
