If you are looking for HVAC support don't hesitate was at my house in 15min. I would give 10 stars if I could. They have a customer for life.

The tech (Eron) was knowledgeable; he was explaining to his trainee. I like the tech who has pride in what he does. I cancelled ac repair appointment with other company, and changed to Eskimo Brothers. I am Glad I changed: I got my ac fixed sooner and cheaper. I wish I knew Eskimo Brothers a long time ago. From now on, Eskimo Brothers will be my AC/heating repair company. KKL 8/10/2021

The service here is exceptional in every step of the process, from the call-in through to payment. The customer service and expertise of the technician were so outstanding that I felt compelled to leave a review, which is rare. Anyone looking for air conditioning work needs to give this place a try.

Understands the details of how Ac units work including circuitry. Excellent diagnostic skills and willing to explain clearly and in simple terms. Great customer service and very professional.

We needed a mini split for a room not covered by central HVAC. Victor came out, assessed our needs and recommended a great solution. He also helped coordinate a carpenter to come out first and make needed modifications to the wall. Installation was smooth and professional as well. Everyone was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be picking up a service contract with them going forward.

Very good responsiveness. Always kept me informed at every step of the way including when they were coming and the progress of the job. Sent pictures as well. Price seemed high but given that it took two trips to the job as well as a trip to the parts store, I could understand it. I would definitely call them again.

Erik is the best. I had two companies rip me off, Erik came out after 11pm fixed my unit. He explained everything thoroughly and did not leave until my house was cold.....

Great job. Communicated well. Actually showed up when they said they would, so rare in this industry. Erik, the tech was competent, thorough and got my system back up and going. I would definitely use them again.

Eric charged me $189 to fix my A/C just to replace a small fuse. When the A/C wasn?t working two days later, he told me it was my thermostat and that I would be better off replacing it myself. I changed the thermostat myself and it still didn?t work. I hired a different company and they found a short in the wiring and fixed it. Eskimo charged me $189 to change a 20 cent fuse, didn?t fix the A/C and when that failed, they washed their hands of it. I?m out $189 but they will never get my business again. I recommend you avoid using them.
