I watched him take on the big job of planning, designing, and executing the installation of a kitchen in a 122 year old home. This home had no running water with a well that had not been used in many years. He took on this job and transformed a space that became not only functional, the space delivers an interesting and thoughtful design. He is artfully inspired with the finish products and keeps up with finish trends. He understands the use of space. He will work with any budget. I also referred him to a friend who had a huge plumbing problem with a commercial space. The plumbers they hired were at a loss for this particular problem. The owner was frustrated as they were trying to get their business opened. He figured out what was needed and was able to push this project forward. They gave him a â 10â . Jason was great. Super friendly, very accommodating, and definitely took the time to make sure the things he did were done well. There were supply issues on our end, and lots of add on work we asked for along the way. We really appreciate how helpful and fair he was about that, and that he went above and beyond at every turn. We were kind of in a rush to meet a deadline and he did everything he could to help us meet that deadline successfully. Would highly recommend!

Don't be scared of the price I was charged. The house has a lot of sq ft on a basement. Very reasonable. Jason was great. He was very honest and walked me through different potential issues with the house explaining what he saw as a real concern versus something to be aware of. I would definitely use him again. Very knowledgeable.

It went very well. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was able to provide a very detailed report in a short amount of time. Jason was also available anytime we had any additional questions about the report. We made the right choice and would happily hire Assurance again for any future inspections needed.

I'm very happy with Assurance Home Inspections and the inspector I worked with. Great price, very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Definitely recommended.

He found that the duct work had a split in it that air escaped from by checking the temperature and/or the air flow from the vents - this was big for us! He pointed out to us that two receptacles were not working. This guy was so helpful in ways to improve our home in regards to curb appeal, which is not part of his job. I was money well spent!!
